Customer Contact Week Europe Summit 2025 brought together more than 550 customer contact, CX and digital service leaders from across Europe, marking another strong edition of the region’s flagship event in the global CCW series. With over 100 expert speakers and a programme focused on innovation, AI, operational excellence and customer-centric transformation, the Summit reinforced its role as one of Europe’s leading gatherings for CX professionals.
